Bespoke Curriculum

We design and deliver bespoke learning capsules, programs and journeys to help organisations build the capability to better collaborate, innovate and transform. We tailor the intervention to the organisation’s context and needs to maximise the individual and collective learning.

For exemple, we have designed and delivered curriculum - embedded into the in flight projects priorities - to train an L&D team to the design of learning experiences or a team of consultants to embed co-design into their sales process. See more case studies below.

Who Is It For?

Anyone in charge of building organizational capability, whether as a component of a broader transformation initiative, or as an addition to the internal learning offering.

What Will We Do?

  1. Explore your context and clarify your learning needs.

  2. Co-design a course, curriculum or journey for your team, leveraging pre-existing resources when appropriate.

  3. Run a prototype session to enhance the design.

  4. Deploy the program.

Here are some FAQs

  • Is there a minimum number of participants required?
No. The number of people to develop will be an input to the design process and there is no upper limit.
  • What is the typical duration of the course?
The duration of the course, curriculum or journey will be agreed together based on the learning objectives. While physical courses tend to last 1 to 3 days, we often develop blended learning approaches extending over 6 to 12 months.
  • What do you mean by 'bespoke'?
Every context is unique and every individual is different. We don't believe in "one-size fits all" approaches; all our interventions are co-designed with you to ensure they meet each of your specific needs.
  • Would there be a certificate of completion?
Yes. Each participant can be issued a certification of completion from the Openfield institute. However at this stage, these certificate do not have an officially recognized academic value.
  • Does Openfield have a training facility?
Yes. We own a facility in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and rely on partners for sessions in Paris (France) and Wellington (New Zealand). we also work with a network of venues all over the globe that we can help source if necessary.
  • Can people participate remotely?
Yes. If this is a design requirement, we have the ability to develop e-learning modules and embed them into blended learning journeys.
